We currently accept bank transfers and PayPal. Payment details are shared after your order is confirmed. We are working on adding card payments and Apple Pay soon!

There is no minimum order for standard dishes. However, for free nationwide delivery, your order must be £350 or more. Orders under that threshold will have a delivery fee applied based on your location.

Absolutely! Each dish comes with a spice level selector (from One Pepper Mild to Five Pepper Chef Fire). You can also add special notes for dietary requirements or preferences when adding items to your cart.

We deliver nationwide across the UK — England, Scotland, and Wales. Our thermal chilled courier service reaches all major cities including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, and more.

Orders placed before our cut-off (typically Wednesday evening) are dispatched the following day via next-day chilled courier. We dispatch Monday to Thursday to ensure your food arrives fresh. You will receive tracking information once dispatched.

Every order is packed in insulated thermal boxes with food-grade ice gel packs that maintain 0°C to 4°C for up to 48 hours. The food arrives chilled, not frozen — ready to reheat and enjoy immediately.

Delivery costs vary by location. Orders over £350 qualify for FREE nationwide delivery. For orders below that, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. Contact us for a precise quote.

Yes, all our meats are 100% halal certified. We take food preparation standards very seriously and source from trusted halal suppliers.

We can accommodate most dietary needs. Our menu items are tagged with dietary labels (halal, gluten-free, traditional). For specific allergies (nuts, shellfish, soy, etc.), please contact us before ordering so we can advise which dishes are safe for you. Allergen information is available on request.

Place all items in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival. Our soups and stews can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Rice dishes and snacks are best consumed within 3 days. Always check the label on each container.

For soups & stews: Pour into a pot and heat gently on medium heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For rice: Microwave for 3–4 minutes or steam with a splash of water. For snacks (peppered snails, nkwobi, etc.): Microwave for 2–3 minutes or warm in a pan. Never reheat more than once.

We take every care in packing, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled cooking time. Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not possible as all meals are freshly prepared to order. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent changes.

Yes, we offer full refunds for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed (beyond the 48-hour chilled window). Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Yes! We offer catering for birthdays, weddings, church fellowships, corporate events, baby showers, and more. We have Mini Trays, House Party Packs, and custom bulk sizes. Contact us with your event date, guest count, and preferences for a custom quote.

For small gatherings (under 20 guests), 3–5 days notice is sufficient. For larger events (20+ guests), we recommend ordering at least 7–14 days in advance. For weddings and very large events, 2–4 weeks notice is ideal.
